I have found that once set up PayPal is highly flexible and cost effective.
Depending on the account type type that you are you can integrate to websites, POS Systems, special funds request just a lot of small business flexibility and very secure.
For some freelance clients, I have chosen PayPal as it is easy but takes days to verify a bank account though very easy to use. Square I have also used, though see it mostly used in retail more often.

Square was purpose-built for retail operations. Paypal, more so for personal payments. More POV.
