Great way to increase referrals and generate word of mouth business is by showing your customer appreciation and thank them for their business. Build a relationship with them like they were a friend. Get to know them, what are their needs, what services do they need from you. Do not sell to them give them what they are looking for. Everyone loves to be appreciated and recognize. If you can do that you will have a customer for life and increase your word of mouth business. Love to help you with this.
you asked me to weigh in - thats a dangerous thing to do even for someone who handles dangerous goods everyday - like most everyone else my goal for 2020 is to get rid of the extra weight from 2019 - both for my self and my company - for me - i will join agym - for my company i look to curb expenses and concentrate on meeting my customers needs - happy holidays to everyone - go out and do something nice for a stranger - say hello to someone you haven't spoken to because a misunderstanding - make a kind jesture without expecting anything in return - share a smile and a warm cup of coffee -
Launch our training facility! We will be able to host ~25 guests, have projectors, whiteboards, and everything you need for your training, lunch-and-learn, or other event! I'm even working on being able to do live broadcasts and webinars!

My business is well established. I will increase my charitable givings in 2020. I will reduce my taxes - already started in 2018. I will give more authority and responsibility to those around me. I will try to work less while contributing more - I have been blessed to know more about financial planning as I get older. I am well established in the community and looking for ways to contribute and help others more - the rest is in G-d's hands. I am surrounded by great people.

As a business owner I am continuously looking to adapt and change our company. In 2020 we will be creating new revenue streams to enhance our growing Realty business. We will do more to show our one of a kind approach to staging and selling real estate. But, in the end, without word of mouth referrals we do not have a strong business.
I plan to have both of my next two children's books (What Sound Does a Butterfly Make? and How Much Gold Can an Octopus Hold?) ready for the Atlanta Writers Conference in May. I also hope to schedule author visits/readings at many area schools for my recently released What Did You Bring Me? and for my first book, What Do You Call an Ant?; I'm setting a goal of a minimum of 4 readings for January.
I've found that goals are easy to list but following through with them is what people struggle with. This might be obvious but think about it, how many days have slipped away where you never got around to making that phone call? While it's true we may subconsciously do things to eat up our day in order to avoid these necessary and sometimes uncomfortable tasks we need to recognize when we do this and effectively prioritize.
Being more organized and managing my time better will be priorities in 2020.
Renovate and update our physical space. Redo the floors, a fresh coat of paint and build another station so we can add another artist to our business.
