2019 income taxes have to be completed by 7/15/20 or you can request an extension but estimated taxes due have to be sent with the extension to avoid a late payment penalty. in other words , you do not have to file the return but you have to pay what you owe to avoid late payment penalty. this has always been the case. taxes are due 7/15/20.
It depends on whether or not you are a self employed individual or a corporation who employs others. The bank you are working with will let you know what you need. Self employed individuals will definitely need a completed Schedule C.
If you are filing your personal taxes, for the CERB in Canada you need to have 2018 completed, all small business your deadline filing on your Income and Tax Benefit is June 15, 2020 - Today in Canada. Balance owing deferred to Sep 1 2020.

Those are the rules for the PPP application. However, I have heard people received approval with just submitting the Schedule C's without having their full tax returns completed.

They want a governmental validation of what your expenses were during the periods before the pandemic.
I think that if one has prior year filings and drafts of current year, that will suffice.

It depends on whether or not you are a self employed individual or a corporation who employs others. The bank you are working with will let you know what you need. Self employed individuals will definitely need a completed Schedule C.

Those are the rules for the PPP application. However, I have heard people received approval with just submitting the Schedule C's without having their full tax returns completed.
