The most important is to speak with clients in terms they understand without belittling them.  So often I see business owners use jargon that is real common in their industry but the customer or client doesn't understand the terminology.


Helping people get the best deal they can without involving the kids.

Telling small business owners the truth. And in our industry, that's a rarity.

I have two sides to the business. Private investigative services is our bread and butter. There the most important aspect is to provide answers for our customers. We work very hard to do just that!! 
The other side to the business is security. There we give our customers real security during times of sudden tragedy. :) 

Talking to people eye to eye and getting to help them get healthy.

Customer service is very important to any business, something so many businesses seem to be lacking in. 

Face to face conversation. You can only do so much over the phone. 

Communication! Successful business is all about communicating and building a relationship with your employees and your team with the clients and customers.
