Relationship building is my strength!  Although my healthy aging products speak for themselves, I like to cultivate a friendship with my clients.  I am not salesy!  We are overexposed to products!  It is the people behind the products who make a difference!

Cyndi, great question.  Working with my nonprofit Susie Q's Kids provides comfort bags to needy kids. However, it is the networking and connecting with nonprofits, service groups, chambers, networking groups, businesses, schools, and kids to make it all happen.

Authenticity is the key, to being able to actively listen to others, share our story, make connections and possibilities happen, and engage businesses, individuals, and kids in service to strengthen our community, support other nonprofits, and bless children with comfort bags of hope and healing.  

Without authenticity, the magic of collaboration and caring would be lost. How authentic are you?

I feel that the answer is going to be different for every business in every market.  For example, I shoot residential real estate, but there are many that shoot run-and-gun for the majority of listings.  I decided to focus just on luxury listings.  I do far fewer listings, but take much more time in every step of the workflow to create magazine quality photos, cinematic feature videos, establishing aerial imagery, private web pages and bespoke print products.

It shouldn't be a secret but Consistency should be something everyone in business should learn how to do. You can be the best at what you do but constantly are late or the work you do is only 50 percent of what it should be then you will get swallowed up. Lack of Consistency might be ok for nine to fivers but if you work for yourself you have to always strive to learn and give customers/clients superior, consistent service.

For me, as a marketer, a heavy focus on the full customer journey, and putting in basics with a client. Most people want to jump right to the tactics before they've defined an avatar or clarified their messaging. I use proven frameworks to bring the business up to speed before we get to the strategy.

As a proactive Health Insurance adviser, I am not only simply delivering healthcare to the people around me. But much more than that. Benefits are powerful instruments and can save or cost organizations recruit, and retain top talent among many professionals. My passion to reduce healthcare costs and to share love among mankind has made me stand out as an adviser among the years. I strongly feel that the two CE Continuing Education) classes that I wrote (which were approved by the California Department of Insurance, Florida, Arizona, Texas,  and Nevada) called "Reducing Healthcare Cost with Yoga & Meditation", and " Meditation as a New Way for Wellness" have allowed me to make a difference in the world of healthcare.
