Your food service needs to get the word out but also retaining your content is important. Your pictures, content, all is worth keeping on your own website and Blog.

I probably am not the right person to ask this question. While I do use several of the social media platforms, personal interaction, referrals, word of mouth are the most effective for me. Remember it is not the platform that helps you make the sale. It is you the person that they need to see. To see if you are who you say you are and have expectations that are reasonable to attain. No platform can replace that part of the puzzle.
