We use Square and have been very happy with it. It is very cost-effective for us and I like the reporting that is available. We use it with a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and reader connected into a thermal printer without issue. We have had a couple credit card processing companies come in to try and sway us away. Cost aspect aside, I really like that it captures my customer info. on checkout and helps me to populate my database for future marketing efforts....through Square as well. No other credit card company was able to match the integrated reporting and capture that I am getting via Square, particularly for the money.

I use Square for the festivals and markets. I have always used PayPal for invoicing because the public is comfortable with it. However, I have changed to SlickPie. It's geared toward a baked goods business. For my website, customers have the option of Stripe or PayPal.
I use the Elo system and telech. For the most part their good but their customer service it service needs some work on it.

We use Square with iPads which we are quite happy with. Good rates but still need to add a way of selling per weight and not only per unit. We have used other systems in the past and always look out for other pos systems
We use square because it is very user friendly and provides tools for marketing as well as POS. You can also do payroll through square. We have been happy with it.
We use POSIM- it is not linked to our credit card processing- and has been great- more than 10 years now. It helps with selling, purchasing, reports and sales tax, inventory management. It takes work to use but we have a lot of items. It keeps up with customers and serialized items, allows trades as payment. Good customer service.

I use a fountain pen, paper and a manual cash register from the 1930s. It hasn't failed me yet. Y2K was never a concern.
I use An iPad with Square. For retail brick and mortar, online is linked to my shopping cart.
