When I see my clients overcome their moving and health limitations. Helping my clients to be able to participate in their favorite activities when they though or were told by their doctor they will never do to do it again. When my clients overcome and manage their pain, when they get stronger and recover their balance and their enjoyment of life due to their recovery of movement and function.

Seeing the great difference we have made! After ten years serving families in Cabrillo Village, the drug dealers and gangs are having a harder time finding young recruits, because the kids now have a vision of a brighter future. By using the arts to teach character, kids are becoming “Everyday Leaders”, living out the Golden Rule. As this barrio becomes healthier, the whole city benefits!

Helping women going through a horrible time in their lives receive some financial support that they may need, as well as possibly introducing them to a new form of exercise that is not only fun, but all-inclusive . . . working the entire body, creating core strength, and building self-confidence and self-image.

The most satisfying aspect of my business is being able to alleviate the burden of writing for my clients. This allows them to focus on their business and their goals and not have to worry about the details of various writing projects that may be associated with their objectives. My clients find my services to be an added relief and one less thing they need to worry about, while they successfully manage their business.

It is amazing that there are numerous rewarding experiences in working in the hospice field. Patients who sign up fort our service usually have a life expectancy of 6 months or less. They, along with their caregivers, are looking for compassion, knowledge in end of life care and resources to help. Assisting any patient and caregiver at this particular time in Life's journey is rewarding simply because the rest of the world tends to go away at this time.

All the connections made at our Co-op. There is a sound I call the "burble". To me, it is the combination of community and commerce. People chatting, deliveries being made, cash registers, the clatter of the kitchen and café. There are many stories of just the right folks bumping into each other that solves an issue--whether it is finding a house to rent or buy, the right massage therapist, a dance event, or the first accidental meeting of two people who go on to become dear friends or partners.

When I see clients leave, they have a big beaming smile on their face and a spring in their step as they go across the parking lot. They know they look good and it comes across in their body language. Then afterwards until I see them again, I see their pictures on social media and their hair is still looking great. My mission is always....Give people hair they love everyday!
