Insurance does not cover colon hydrotherapy but I use all forms of communication possible to connect with my clients. The one best for the individual is how they respond and how I further communicate.

I don't know that there is one best way as each has her own preference.  Ask the provider what their office prefers and communicate with them that way.  Ask the member what she prefers and communicate with her that way.  This could also be one of the enrollment questions to make it easier to determine the method.

People will reach out usually by email and then we will make an appointment to meet in person or over a video platform. In a world were community is striving to come back together, I believe in face to face communication. We are all craving close connections, personal relationships and look forward to healing together.

Through your Networking when you get their contact info, just ask the person how would you like me to get back in touch with you? Ask this after you get 3 ways to get back to them. If you don't have 3 ways to contact a potential customer then you really don't have a contact.

Too generalized! Relationship between the doctor and patient is controlled via HIPAA regulations.

it differs from person to person. Some people rely on email and text because they like to handle the situation at their discretion. Others never check their text or email and the only way you get through to them is a phone call. You'll have to find out which is best for that particular client.

Email is best, as there are times that I can be with a patient if you call. My email is [email address]. You can also reach me on the Facebook page at Blue Lakes Chiropractic, Feel free to reach out!
