In NC they would have different rules than here in CA.  What I am supposed to tell you is to get an attorney to do it.  There is good reason for that, you do not want to screw it  up. On the on the other hand if I were doing it for myself, I would either hire a  paralegal, but more likely I would  just go to the website for the Secretary of State and set one up. I noticed someone  saying a CPA, while I have seen CPA's doing this, they really are not licensed for that, though I have seen CPA's who were very effective at doing these kind of things.
