Many were struggling with computers, printers, and networks, but didn’t know where to turn for trustworthy support. That’s why I started offering in-home IT services designed to be clear, simple, and stress-free. Today, I continue to serve both small businesses and seniors with the same dedication: solving problems quickly, explaining solutions in plain language, and ensuring technology works the way it should—without the frustration.

No.  I recommend against giving remote access to your computer over the phone to a stranger.  I helped a customer years ago who gave remote access to his computer to someone overseas after he saw a message on the lower right corner of his desktop indicating that his computer was infected with a... (more) No.  I recommend against giving remote access to your computer over the phone to a stranger.  I helped a customer years ago who gave remote access to his computer to someone overseas after he saw a message on the lower right corner of his desktop indicating that his computer was infected with a virus.  My customer called the number on the message and after the supposedly technical person took over his computer, he encrypted all my customer's data in his computer hard drive and that made impossible for my customer to open any files.  My customer fell prey to "ransomware".
