I am a court trained mediator and she is extremely well respected among the group and is the person people in the industry go to when THEY need a mediator. People who have used her unilaterally say that she alone made the difference in whether their future relationship as a divorced couple was successful. If you feel you need to offer something free, pull out ONE of your concepts and offer a mini, no-more-than-one-hour workshop OR provide the overview of the concept without the execution plan or implementation instructions. I think it's lovely that you want to support less resource wealthy groups but you can't devalue your offering AND if anyone else gets wind that you are, you may have trouble commanding your fees from those companies who can afford you. I personally don't mind an all day training provided that there is plenty of "absorption" time between learning points. Holding breakout sessions, table exercises, breaks, etc. can help when you have a depth or breadth of content that requires that length of time.
