Definitely our visibility on Social Media where we have a presence that is not stale, and our website is not static as well, are generating the new leads, but we still have a strong lead group coming from our previous clients. Do great work, and folks will seek you out.

Get's you in the door, and you can sell them maintenance services at that point, when they realize what it takes to truly keep a flat roof in good working order you will be there to help them thru.
Test it out, especially if you have the names of the maintenance managers who have the headache of looking for someone when the roof has sprung a leak.
Facebook is great for putting up pictures and just a few sentences about how to maintain a flat roof, and lots of folks will begin looking at you as the expert.
Do you have Angie's list in Canada? It's great for Service industries like ours.

I'm a firm believer in sponsoring ads on Facebook, I can't believe how they get around, and how when I'm looking at friends and family a pop up about dress pants comes up and I'm off and running ready to spend. So, it is a great way to get lots of cold leads, but we all know how to warm them up. Hope this helps. Vita
Try really hard to use our local suppliers, on time delivery, great selections, helping to keep the local guys working, but; I am finding it difficult being a kitchen and bath designer, and not being able to get products as quickly as my clients who are ordering online.

An 8 week lead time is unacceptable in lots of circumstances, i.e. something comes in and is damaged and you need a quick replacement, so you are forced to go to Build.com and get it quickly.
