For decades, Lisa has cultivated her leadership and inclination to help others succeed by partnering with executives on creative strategy, marketing solutions, and inspirational development. This became the foundation for Lisa Condon Enterprises (LCE), a company that sparks inspiration, innovation, and collaboration through gratitude. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, SCRUM Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and PMP. Author of the soon-to-be released book, “Sparking Your Business, 9 Steps of Gratitude,” Lisa is also a member of the National Speaking Association, Co-Founder of Cardinal Opportunities, and Founder of the Sussex County Chapter of Cocktails Curing Cancer, and sits on the International Governing Board for Delta Phi Epsilon as Vice President, and the Board of Ambassadors for the Beebe Foundation. Lisa serves as National Legacy Leader for Polka Dot Powerhouse. She earned a B.A. from Temple University, and is a 2011 graduate of the Excellence in Executive Leadership program and 2009 graduate of Leadership Champlain in Burlington. Lisa enjoys performing on stage, most recently with the Delmarva Improv Group. Lisa is also a published poet and artist; her proudest accomplishment is her marriage to Nate and being mommy to her fur-babies Jack, Simon, and Dexter.
Prior to founding LCE, Lisa served as Division Manager of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service for Burlington Telecom from 2009-10. Formerly, she was Assistant VP Operations for Vermont Federal Credit Union 2004-2009. Prior to Vermont Federal Credit Union, Lisa worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer for Homebound Mortgage from 2001-2004. Lisa was the Inside Sales Manager at the Burlington Free Press from 1998-2001.
Lisa has won awards in public relations, event development, and business solutions. She is a member of the National Speaking Association. Lisa is the Co-Founder of Cardinal Opportunities, a non-profit organization that provides soft skills to underserved in the U.S. She is the Founder of the Sussex County Chapter of Cocktails Curing Cancer. Lisa sits on the International Governing Board for Delta Phi Epsilon as VP, (soon to be President), the Board of Ambassadors for the Beebe Foundation. She is a member of Polka Dot Powerhouse serving as a National Legacy Legacy Leader.
