Bredder Land Management is a high quality farm, estate, and large property services company in Central Virginia. Our goal is to seamlessly blend the land we are given, into the land that we want. From sustainable farm management, wildlife preserves, landscaping, and everything in between, an appreciation of Virginia's natural beauty and history is always incorporated.

Conor, the owner of the company, has been involved with construction and loving land since he could walk and talk. His father was an incredibly handy engineer and his mother was an incredible gardener. Such industrious role models shaped how Conor would grow into a contractor in Charlottesville and Albemarle. Conor began working summers as a landscaper, eventually managing crews for some of the areas best contractors and landscape construction companies. Finally, in 2018 Conor pursued his lifelong dream of starting his own company with regard to exceptional detail in all aspects of the business, from initial communication to the delivery of the final product / project. Bredder Land Management got its start from an insatiable passion and desire to have the best land management service in Charlottesville, Albemarle, and surrounding Central Virginia.
