(more) Follow the companies social media across all sites and find the decision makes Social Media 8 time out of 10 the decision makes page is business oriented as well and find out what makes Him or Her tick and use that approach. Note; If the decision maker is in the same state you are create an accidental meeting at there company lunch hangout or after 5 spot and don't pitch him or her it not good protocol make it casual if after casual conversation about who they are and what they them you go " OH I've heard of your company my firm or company handles payment system in that industry and we do very well area", and pause let them ask the next question no eye contact from you pick up your drink or soda and wait for there question or statement if don't respond about what you do them finish drink hand them your say if your need a company like our with a personal touch and lower fees we should talk another day. If they respond in kind about what you do keep it short and say the exact same statement but specific to there company on how you could create a better company process and you will hold there company's hand throughout entire process and you will be there direct contact no pass off's end subject exchange emails ( hand write the email come across more casual no intent write on back on of there bus card if offered there info and say for important client I hand write) and ask for a direct contact ( hand write this as well everything casual) no pitching in that setting save for another day with genuine interest form the decision maker. You will close more clients this way especially in these setting because time to understand there company' need before  the accidental meeting now its less forced and pitchy the company social media will tel you everything in most cases. In know it's worded but it works. Set a realistic goal 4 to 5 new client with approach. GOOD LUCK.
