I recently had some luck with Indeed.com. Rather than post a job, I browsed resumes that were already posted and found several that were worth a follow up. I would recommend taking a look. It's free to look. You only pay if you want to contact applicants. (more) I recently had some luck with Indeed.com. With less than five years of experience and no Journeyman level licenses, your husband would be considered at "Apprentice" level. For a union shop like mine, unfortunately, I cannot hire apprentices directly. They would have to be accepted by the union first. For info on that, go to their website: www.ualocal51.com A non-union shop like DG Service in Mattapoisett or Pierce Refrigeration in W. Bridgewater, for example, can hire apprentices directly.

The three I can think of off the top of my head were the Women's Fund of Southeastern Mass, Buttonwood Park Zoo and United Way of Greater New Bedford. Each of them reached out with a social media thank you specific to my company upfront. When I shared their events, they were active in 'likes' and posts and all have followed my company on Facebook. I would strongly suggest providing the feedback of your experience directly to the organization. That's an important oversight in need of correction!
