Fortune-Ratliff was established in 1979 as an open shop, retail, commercial and industrial general contractor, specializing in concrete tilt-up construction. Since that time, we have grown significantly, successfully completing high quality projects built with a wide range of materials and design features both for the private sector as well as for Public entities.
