We integrate biblical wisdom with practical tools to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, marriage challenges, co-parenting issues, and major life transitions.
We offer both in-office and telehealth sessions to ensure accessible care. Rapha also partners with local businesses through an affordable Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that supports employee wellbeing and strengthens workplace stability.
Our center has been recognized locally and nationally, including a 2025 Global Recognition Award for leadership, innovation, and community impact. We are grateful to serve as a trusted resource for churches, schools, medical providers, and community organizations that refer individuals and families to us for compassionate, Christ-centered support.
At Rapha CCC, our mission is to meet people where they are and walk with them toward hope, clarity, and lasting healing. If someone needs encouragement, guidance, or a safe place to process life’s challenges, we are honored to help.
Rapha Christian Counseling Center was born out of a desire to provide a safe, faith-based place for people to heal. After years of seeing individuals and families struggle to find affordable, Christ-centered counseling, Dr. Janet Olivares felt called to create a counseling model that was accessible, compassionate, and rooted in biblical truth. Rapha began with just a small office and a simple mission: help people restore emotional stability, rebuild relationships, and rediscover hope.
As the need in the community grew, so did Rapha. We expanded our services to include marriage counseling, teen support, co-parenting programs, and training for future Christian counselors. Local churches, businesses, and schools began partnering with us, and Rapha eventually earned national recognition, including a 2025 Global Recognition Award for innovation and impact.
Today, Rapha continues to serve Fresno/Clovis and beyond with the same heart
“Rapha” is from Jehovah Rapha, meaning “The Healer.”
