Yoga is a non-competitive, non-judgmental form of mind/body exercise that develops strength, stamina, flexibility. It tones muscles, improves balance, reduces stress and tension and teaches us to find peace and understanding within all circumstances. Alignment and safety are a priority. Poses are not randomly called out, but carefully cued, perfect for both beginners and seasoned students.
Yoga therapy is also beneficial for people recovering from injuries and modifications are made for each student based on their needs.
