My Story of Resilience: Fighting back from a debilitating disease and winning!
Was I missing something lurking about, hidden like a predator waiting to ambush me. That is how I felt when I was told I had multiple Sclerosis.
During my fight back, putting the puzzle pieces back together, discovering the unseen bruising of affliction in me. I began to recover. The body is hardwired to heal itself if given the right tools.
It was “Awareness and Action”. That got me to the root where the healing begins.
BUT My discovery and healing definitely wasn’t just for me. Learn, Do and Teach.
Understanding how those tools work will awaken a fresh vision of what wellness looks like. The goal is to bridge the gap between healthcare, foodservice, and well-being to create synergy of the mind, body, and soul.
