Rocket Lawyer can get someone started. It provides forms that can and in most cases must be adapted to a business's specific needs. It doesn't replace a good attorney. But it does provide a useful context to evaluate what an attorney is doing. Overall, the Internet is a wealth of legal exemplars. I use it for my own research. The problem for the non-lawyers is that what worked for one business may not quite fit another. I wouldn't pay for the form however, as there are a ton of sites that will provide PDF's as a matter of course. When a business person comes to me having done some homework, it makes things go more smoothly.
