About Us

Pay it Forward Processing is a nationwide, full-service merchant card processing company dedicated to “paying it forward” in every aspect of our operation. We treat our customers with honor, respect, and integrity, and we take care of our sales force to attract the best team members possible.

Our Innovative Give Back Program and Fundraiser
The centerpiece of our pay it forward philosophy is our “Every Swipe Benefits Charity” program. This innovative program donates portions of every transaction to a charity of our customer’s choice (from our selective list of quality charities). Our nonprofit customers have used our “Every Swipe Benefits Charity” program as a fundraiser for their organization and have reclaimed net proceeds from their account as donations. This donation does not increase any cost to our customers. In fact, we guarantee that we can match or more likely lower a business’s current merchant processing costs.

We provide all types of safe and reliable card processing services to any merchant who accepts credit card and treat every customer the same, whether they are a million dollar organization or a small charity. We stand out by offering:

Month-to-month agreements, no termination penalty
No minimum usage fee
Next day funding and deposits
Personal account manager
Live technical and customer support 24/7

Our Sales Team
Pay it Forward Processing is currently looking for energetic go-getters to join our sales team. We believe in servant leadership and provide a unique and supportive work environment that focuses on giving our sales team a great product to sell, the tools to sell it, and then letting them create their own success story. Unlike our competitors, we do not demand monthly quotas or limit our sales team to specific territories. Many of our sales members choose to work part time.
Contact Pay it Forward Processing at (858) 771-0076 to learn more about what makes us different or to inquire about our open sales positions.

How We Got Started

"Every Swipe Benefits Charity" actually helps REAL people, I've seen the impact to two local nonprofits that are in our give back program. I love educating business owners on a complex and often unethical industry, offering fair rates, honesty and great customer support, and of course giving back!

We actually partner with a business funding company.  The advantages over a traditional bank loan are too much to list here, but a couple of them are no collateral and the funding is linked to the business, not the individual (it's not even reported like a bank loan). First, we guarantee to match or beat existing rates (credit card processing for merchants), second we don't do anything unfair to business owners like lock them in contracts, or load their processing with hidden and unnecessary fees, third we deliver on our promise to provide the best customer support and finally we donate a portion of our proceeds to a charity the business owner selects. In this extremely competitive industry, most processors talk a good game with rates being their go-to selling point. Often times my clients tell me the difference maker for them was knowing someone is going to answer their calls and help them (me)!

Within a month I became an ambassador, volunteering at events, helping represent the chamber. Within a year, it was suggested I run for the Board of Directors, and am presently entering the third year of my second 3 year term (I'm allowed one more year term before I have to cycle off for at least a year), and I've been asked to Chair the board in 2020, which I'll probably do. The perks are being seen as a person who cares about the business community, which in my case (selling a service to businesses) is an incredibly beneficial light to be seen in. I leverage my membership, and position to be able to introduce myself to a business owner, WITHOUT mentioning my business, asking them if there is anything I can help them with vis a vis the chamber. Invariably, without fail, I get asked what I do for a living, since they ask me, I can reply casually, informing them, while not actually "selling" or appearing to "sell" or what I like to call "vomit my business" on them or "blabvertise". You know those people who approach you at events with their cards out, handing you one and telling you what they do without prompting. I hate that. Raise your stature, get involved in your business community and make connections with an attitude of giving, and you will reap the benefits.

If you're B2B, scan the local newspaper's public announcement section, use LinkedIn to make new connections (scan your connections to see who they know, asking them for an intro), check out your local Chamber of Commerce's web site for potential clients, get involved with the chamber as a volunteer, or simply attending events like ribbon cuttings.

Small businesses should be wary of similar 'incentives' as some are merely scams, others are masked vehicles to get the merchant signed into an unfair contract. As usual, buyer beware! Read the fine print and take nothing nothing said verbally as fact.
