Real Estate SignTraker or our clients generally refer to us a REST was initially a department within Top To Bottom Services a full service home and ancillary service inspection firm. We would install signs for realtors so they would know who we were and begin to trust us, like us and ultimately refer our inspection services to their clients. That plan worked so well that Top To Bottom Services (TTB) had grown to a multi million dollar services company. In 2017 we decided the strategic move would be to splinter off the sign installation and management department from TTB. We kept all the employees, kept our same office spaces and simply started a completely new company called REST (Real Estate SignTraker). We still have people contact REST looking for TTB and vice versa. REST has gone on to establish its own clientele and its team will install/remove or service over 11K homes in a month!! We started offering things like delivering booties for open houses, written property descriptions and more.

I started Top To Bottom Services in 2004 because I declined a move to Philadelphia. I was working for Fiserv Securities, a stock market clearing firm as VP & Director of Operations. I was really getting burned out on the travel and the stress of the stock market. I wanted to start my own business and read an article in Entrepreneur magazine. The article was about up and coming industries. The article suggested home inspections. I thought, I'm a systems guy. I could build something and attack top talent to perform the duties. Now nearly 20 years later and over 6K 5 Star reviews we've expanded TTB to include the sister company Real Estate SignTraker - sign installation services.
