Maybe have some type of monthly mail out and email update on new restaurants, shopping and businesses that are coming to Gallatin and what is currently open and operating. I think some people just assume things are still closed or not open to regular capacity. Also have a suggestion area in the email or mail out that people can add what they would like to see in the area as new things are being added and built. For example, do we really need 8 car washes within a couple miles of each other? or two mattress stores right next to each other? As people are moving to the area, those things may be needed as well but there are a lot of chain restaurants and we need to have more locally owned stores and eateries in my opinion although keeping them up and running at this time might be challenging as well. Just keep people "in the know" for the future plans of Gallatin.
