What makes KPL Coaching special is our team approach. We are a three person team that works together for the benefit of our clients. There are individuals that provide coaching from their single perspective. There are also large companies that provide coaching services, sometimes using a one size fits all model.
At KPL we think we're the perfect size. We work together to get to know our customers and their specific situations and needs. We're big enough to provide depth, experience, and multiple perspectives and small enough to provide personal customized solutions to help your team improve and achieve your desired results.
KPL comes from the first names of the three person team that makes up KPL Coaching. Kimberly, Patty, and Lee. All three have worked in the field of continuous improvement and business and organizational performance excellence for decades.
It was a conversation in an airport, while waiting for a plane, that lead to the creation of KPL Coaching. We recognized our common passion for helping others achieve their vision and helping people live fulfilling lives. We recognized our complementary expertise and experience and the drive we have for assisting others to become high performers. And it has been onward and upward since that airport conversation.
