In the area of Real Estate Transactions I represent Buyers and Sellers of Residential and Commercial Properties, Lending Institutions and Title Companies. Many of my clients are Real Estate investors looking to leverage their position due to market conditions. This includes short sale payoff, the purchase of foreclosures and bank owned properties or "REO's" as well as tax deed redemptions. My office also handles the Purchase or Sale of businesses, Commercial leasing, Real Estate/Title Litigation such as partition actions, quiet title claims and boundary line disputes.

I often find myself representing parties in both the Surrogates and Landlord Tenant Courts. We often represent Sellers who need to sell a property due to a death in the family and they need to file a probate or administration proceeding. This allows for a cost savings to the client who now does not have to retain separate counsel to handle the Surrogates Court matter. We can also assist in estate Litigation matters such as Will challenges.

In the area of Landlord Tenant I represent Residential and Commercial landlords and tenants in summary non payment and holdover proceedings in the local District and Housing Courts.

I am also active in the local criminal courts representing defendants charged with misdemeanors and traffic infractions. My relationships and experience in these courts have allowed me to obtain favorable dispositions of these cases.

My goal is to provide an high level of service to clients at an affordable price in a congenial atmosphere. I am able to do this by utilizing the latest technology so that I am able to connect with clients and their files whether I am in court, on the road, at a closing or at home.
