Today it is between 54 and 57, you know that for skill labor force the whole industries are in trouble.I belive we need to go to career day at you local high schools and recruit the young not all want to be Doctor, lawyer, teacher, fireman, policeman, you get what I mean.We are all in the same boat lets train the work force.

If your doing a project post a schedule on the job, stating when you are going to start,the chain Of events,sub”s that are going to show up,and keep constant communication with the clients. And give quality workmanship, and great warranty,s,send a thank you card when job is completed.
