Our brands “La Truffiere,” “Castelmuro,” and “Il Cavatore” are found in many fine food establishments throughout North America. “La Truffiere” truffles and truffle oils are used in filled pasta or sausages; “Il Cavatore” frozen porcini is in many white tablecloth restaurants; “La Truffiere” and “Castelmuro” truffle oils are in specialty boutique gourmet shops, and of course in the kitchens of many fine restaurants.
