How We Got Started
Having a love for HR, decades of experience, and a passion for the hard-working business owner and manager; HR Engagement, LLC was launched in 2017 on a part time basis and then full time in 2019. We can assist the Owner or Manager in understanding how critical applied HR is to the success and bottom line of his/her business. Having been in HR Management for many years prior to launching HR Engagement, LLC, I can offer that there are certain positions in which the typical company recruiter has little knowledge and certainly limited time to adequately search for qualified candidates to present. I have used Staffing Agencies in the past for these type of searches--nationwide and local. There is comfort in knowing that the Company has a period of time anywhere from 30 days to 90 days typically to determine if the hire was a good one or if a glaring discovery comes forth; a good agency will gladly work with you to continue recruiting. You may lose some of the paid fee; however, better that than the alternative.

In order to do that, AND make a difference in your community and in the lives of those you employ; you must lead ethically and compassionately. That integrity and ethical culture begins with management. Your employees will never be engaged (i.e., buy in to your vision and work toward the common goal you set) if your management team--from executive to front-line--manages (not leads) with no integrity or ethical conscience. It Begins and Ends with Management! is one of the training segments HR Engagement, LLC provides to small businesses who are truly interested in finding out why their employees, whether 10 or 90, are just not engaged.
