About Us
In pencil and paint, since age 13, Paul Murray documents the lives and traditions of that of early American pioneers still existing today. Storytelling, other artists, photographers, Michael Dumas, mountain crafts; brooms, weaving, carving, quilting and preserves.
The grounds are a tribute to a century old lifestyle. The past comes alive in the 1850's Appalachian mtn home, bringing back gardens, cabins, cooking, representing the past...a living museum of sorts. Educating people of the time-honoured ways, the wisdom of an isolated people that still live as their forefathers did.
