Tabula Rasa Domestic Violence Inc. (TabulaRasaDV) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization providing survivors of domestic violence a Fresh Start through services, support, resources, education, and empowerment in a safe trauma informed space to improve and strengthen their lives; and provide housing to those who are rendered homeless due to domestic violence.
Our mission is to provide survivors of domestic violence a Renewal of Life. We provide services and support to survivors that will empower and inspire them to transform their life to a positive, healthier, and loving place; physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, and financially.
Tabula Rasa Domestic Violence, Inc. encompasses the hand-in-hand concept, offering a guided path for survivors to receive time-sensitive and needed services with support, while providing an uninterrupted transition to escape, heal, rebuild, and thrive.
Established March, 2015, Tabula Rasa Domestic Violence Relocation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in Germantown, Maryland. The organization currently has drop-in centers located in Prince George’s County, Baltimore City and Baltimore County.
The organization was birthed by Founder, Ava Ross as a result of her own experience with domestic violence she is driven by a personal mission to aid and empower survivors in achieving a fresh start and a life free of abuse. Ms. Ross is redefining the path to end domestic violence by creating innovative. She has created a safe, yet invigorating platform, where survivors can share freely, gain communal support, have hope in the goodness of life, and find solace.
We have provided assistance to more than 400 women, along with their children, and also supported numerous men in breaking free from their abusers, facilitating their journey towards a new beginning.
