We are your local Pacific Northwest digital marketing agency. Our offices are located in beautiful Gig Harbor, WA. Nothing is outsourced. You will work directly with an expert that is dedicated to meeting your needs.
How We Got Started
The owners' Dave and Lindsey Krogle have over 40 years of combined experience in the digital field. Dave worked for Disney Online for over 7 years and Lindsey worked at Shopzilla and Amazon over the course of her career. This husband and wife team started DK Web Development about 9 years ago with the hope of bringing affordable top quality work and support to the local community.

We actually offer a comprehensive social media strategy for companies that are at a loss for how to navigate the social media jungle and/or have no time to create content. But if you still choose to manage it yourself, we strongly suggest having a positive message that people can relate to. It doesn't even need to be directly related to your business. Just make it memorable and personal! Also, write all of your posts in one shot and then schedule them to go out over a week or month.
For our own social media, we post fun facts, holiday content, we take photos of other local businesses that we frequent and post about them and tag them. We also post lighthearted pictures of our own struggles with homeschooling to connect with others that share the same challenges etc. We rarely post anything about web development. The posts that do the best are the more personal posts about family.

Listen and pay attention to what they are saying. The most valuable information you can get is your customer's feedback. Ask these questions: How was your experience? Is there something we can do better? Are there any new services you'd like to see us offer? Based on what we learn, we can adjust, remove or add new services. This process allows us to perpetually make more targeted pivots.
