How We Got Started
I practiced over 10 years as a Corporate lawyer for an Agricultural Chemical firm and then a Taiwanese hardware distributor based in California. Upon moving home to Oregon I continued representing businesses and helping with transactions and contracts and have over the years expanded into other complimentary legal work.
