Agree with the “fee” to be used as part of the downpayment, as people will come into the office and want you to plan a cruise, wedding, a vacation, which takes major amount of time, and either they never return, or they call you and cancel.

Some folks in our office have done so, i haven’t because I have a Passport good for another 5 years, and a passport will always be accepted. But, I will get one eventually.
