It's still a convenient way to leave a reminder of who you are and what you do,
and to communicate in more ways than one.

Its a two way street if you do a good job and you receive a referral is one thing because you have impressed the customer who has referred you that is earned, but to actually referrer a customer without out any interaction should not have any referral fee.

It's one thing to put all agreements in writing, but to exceed customer expectation will give you
the unexpected compliment, which is more gratifying! It's all about the customer, it does not always
happen, but if you make a habit to wow them it can happen more than you think.

Lack of time and knowledge is big, but for me it has always been keeping a good energy flowing, when I'm on top of my game, everything seems to fall in place, and the opposite when not.
