Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT breathes fresh air into the emotional therapy process by borrowing from the Chinese meridian system. While acupuncture, acupressure have primarily focused on physical ailments, EFT takes a different approach to this ancient process and points it directly at emotional issues. It is dramatically different from conventional therapy practices and that is why it often works where nothing else will. EFT helps clear energy blockages that can cause both emotional and physical pain.
In essence, EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture, except we don't use needles. Instead, we use a simple two pronged process wherein we (1) "tune in" to specific issues while (2) stimulating certain meridian points on the body by tapping on them with our fingertips. Properly done, EFT balances any disturbances in the meridian system and thus reduces the conventional therapy procedures from months or years down to minutes or hours.
Reiki
As a Reiki Master, I utilize the Integrative Usui/Tibetan system of healing. This system includes the “Three Pillars of Reiki” first utilized by Reiki founder Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki, or “universal life force energy,” is a complementary method that can be used for the treatment of physical, emotional and spiritual energetic blockages.
Acutonics Tuning Forks
As an Acutonics Level II Practitioner, I utilize low, medium and high frequency tuning forks to help eliminate energetic blockages on the physical, emotional and spiritual level. The methodology is a unique, energy-based, non-invasive approach that is rooted in Oriental Medicine. Precision calibrated tuning forks are applied to specific acupuncture and acupressure points to access the body's Meridian and Chakra energy systems. Their rich resonance and vibration connects with and supports the body's natural frequencies, stimulates and balances the body's physical and subtle energy field, and promotes wellness, deep inner harmony, and “Harmonic Attunement®.”
Tibetan Singing Bowls
Singing bowls produce multiphonic and polyharmonic overtones creating subtle yet complex frequencies. The sound vibration created by the bowls compliments the reiki and tuning fork treatments to help you to achieve a good energy flow throughout your body and your ethereal field.
