The company, based in Goose Creek, SC was purchased by Cindy Burbage and renamed in February 2004 with the primary focus to safeguard the lives of the clients that it serves through ambulance and related services. American Heritage is a different, privately-owned ambulance company. Its focus is on Honor, Integrity, and Commitment. We have a hands-on, local management approach, highly-trained staff, quality customer service, and a commitment to the communities we serve. Daily Operations is a well-organized relationship between actual ambulance operations, dispatch and management. It includes on-site fleet operations and maintenance, crew scheduling and supervision, dispatch scheduling and supervision, risk management, and quality improvement.
