About Us

As a unique provider of emergent and non-emergent ambulance transportation, American Heritage Ambulance, LLC is widely recognized as a leader in South Carolina. The company, based in Goose Creek, SC was purchased by Cindy Burbage and renamed in February 2004 with the primary focus to safeguard the lives of the clients that it serves through ambulance and related services. American Heritage is a different, privately-owned ambulance company. Its focus is on Honor, Integrity, and Commitment. We have a hands-on, local management approach, highly-trained staff, quality customer service, and a commitment to the communities we serve. Our standards and business ethics remain of the highest quality and will not be compromised to fit in or compete on levels less than the standard. It is the variety and level of client service that sets American Heritage apart from and above its competitors.
Daily Operations is a well-organized relationship between actual ambulance operations, dispatch and management. It includes on-site fleet operations and maintenance, crew scheduling and supervision, dispatch scheduling and supervision, risk management, and quality improvement.
Our top priority is, and will remain, quality patient care. It is our goal to consistently make a difference in the lives we touch. The operations team and entire staff is committed to the premise that if you take the best possible care of the patient, all other issues will be resolved.
Honor, Integrity, and Commitment are the keys to our success. From caring for the premature infant in an isolette, an adult intensive care patient, an emergent 911 call or a routine transport, American Heritage offers quality care to every individual, every time. We also offer an Alternative Transport Service for patients that have special needs but do not require an ambulance.
Staffed by certified healthcare professionals, providing Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support services, local and long distance, twenty-four hours a day, we are there when you need us.
