About Us

I bring products and services to the public. Two major companies I promote have the most incredible offerings: one company provides multiple services to businesses, individuals, and families. This company provides the best employee benefits to company employees. A business can retain employees and gain an advantage over other companies by offering incredible benefits ($35/employee up to less than $100/employee). This company can save businesses on overhead costs. For individuals and families, the company will work to reduce the bills. And best yet, the business, individual, or family can get a free quote and simply walk away if they don’t feel the savings are worth it.

The second company deals in bio-hacking, producing all natural supplements that work together to improve various body systems. These products are easy to consume and conveniently carried to take at least once a day. The results are incredible! The products are science-backed and taste wonderful! Some of them have a variety of flavors. There are just too many benefits to these nutritional supplements to even start to list them. To see all they have to offer check out: https://4e52.com/bio-hacking/ and https://4e52.com/ageless.

How We Got Started

Answering an ad was how it all got started. I joined a group of affiliate marketers using the same software. I've been involved now for a while and am very happy helping people and businesses while I'm improving my own health. I feel so blessed to be a part of this community of talented individuals. Some of them have been involved for 30 years or more. We work to support each other and even though I have always been into technology, I have learned a whole new area and it's fun!

You have to thank your client all through the process. Emails, thank you notes, a phone call--all are important. The extent of "thank you" messages should be saved for another day.   Clients appreciate that you appreciate and acknowledge them. Any way you accomplish that should be sufficient. Don't buy into the "slippery slope." Buying gifts can become expensive so be careful in your "Thank you".

Images are meant to be used for websites, promotional material--advertisements to brochures, business cards, even stationary. Non-pros may not be able to discern the best shot by not knowing how to focus on the business. All to often non-pros will highlight a "pretty picture" not the true nature of your business.    A professional will discuss your business, your focus, the message you want to send, your strengths, your environment, your staff. So when it comes to taking the pictures they will have a true feeling for the direction and will be able to (hopefully) capture that energy.  Be careful when considering photos. You generally get what you pay for (non-pro vs pro). Anyone can take pictures with the technology available. But that doesn't mean they are presenting your business in the best or most advantageous light (no pun intended).

Deals are not the focus. Relationships are. If you want a repeat client you need to build a relationship. To that end a client needs to feel:  1) you are an expert in your field--so you had better know your product--inside and out--and how it stacks up to the competition.  2) that you are trustworthy. I can tell immediately if someone is handing me a line; the same is true of most people. You need to be honest in your answers.  Build the relationship. By taking this route you will lose some sales but you will also make sales. The difference is the sales you make will become return customers and referral customers--not one-time deals.

My favorite story is about a client who called into our office when I worked commercial lines insurance. He was ranting and was quite nasty to the people in the office before the staff asked if I would handle the call. I agreed and took the call. As soon as he started ranting with me, I tried to calm him down to discern the problem. He continued on his rampage and all my efforts to that point to diffuse the situation failed. Finally, I quietly told him "Your rantings will not help us to help you so call me back when you can speak to me civilly. Then I will assist you. Till then we have nothing more to discuss." I politely said "Goodbye" and hung up. A few minutes later he called back--a changed man. We talked about his problem and resolved it. From then on he would only deal with me. I've worked in several offices and worked with all different types of attitudes but I learned early to treat people the way you want to be treated and let other people know that they need to operate in the same fashion.

I'd put something together myself. I have several photos and can make anything up to poster size (including if I want inspirational posters and larger on a custom basis). I also paint and handle several mediums. Why buy when I can personalize and do it myself?  (more) I'd put something together myself. You have to weigh your time against the ROI of time spent on various platforms. I believe it's important be present on multiple pkatforms--to divest your time--but not at the expense of quality. So choose your platforms carefully. (more) You have to weigh your time against the ROI of time spent on various platforms. Habitat has house openings; Nebraska Trucking Association has a trucker competition; every summer there's music downtown; check into ribbon cuttings and participate if you can. Maybe get church volunteers to work some of the functions. You can sell cookies or cold snacks/drinks. Or provide some of the church ladies' wonderful eats at community-help functions. Businesses might be willing to reciprocate in some form or fashion. Try to keep a high profile in the community. Don't know if this will help but just some ideas...
