How We Got Started
I started EditAlley.com after I retired in 2000 as a Quality Assurance Manager for Fortune 1000s. I put my skills and experience of detail and effectiveness to work as a Virtual Assistant and Editor. EditAlley.com is now networked with 6 other professionals to offer a wide variety of services. We are always looking for other pros who want to build their business. As a writer and editor, I find a PC works best as most publishers and editors work in Word. However it really isn't much of an issue anymore as Macs now can access Microsoft products easily. I'm doing graphic proofing on an iMac that also runs Microsoft and Adobe products. Have fun
