VSBL was created as the ideal employer for Creative Director, Paul Genzink, and Design Director, Andy Madson-Olson. Growing frustrated in their previous roles, the two envisioned what a company would look like that valued the creative process, valued the creatives themselves, and cared more about the clients than the bottom line.
