I practice Classical Five Element Acupuncture and related healing modalities. I work with patients of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic unexplained illness, and much more. I start by listening deeply to my patients and helping them understand the root cause of their imbalance.

I am the daughter of a Five Element Acupuncturist (one of the first in the US in the late 1970s) and a family practitioner. I have always wanted to work one on one with people, and I am continually fascinated by the beauty of Chinese Medicine to create lasting change in the lives of those who are suffering. My upbringing gave me a strong foundation for understanding wellness from both a Western Medical and Eastern perspective.
