Hello! My name is Wendy and I have been treating injured clients since 2014.
I graduated from the Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley Colorado and I specialize in clinical massage therapy and the relief of chronic pain patterns.
I believe that through the process of developing insight and awareness you will be able to manage your pain and develop coping skills.
I have helped clients dramatically decrease the amount of adhesion after an injury, and helped clients understand how to correct postural imbalances that could be the source of all the pain and discomfort.
I blend a number of therapeutic techniques from various modalities combining proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, strain/counter strain, lymphatic facilitation, trigger point therapy, and orthopedic massage.
I have worked with many clients on bio-mechanical dysfunction by assessing postural anomalies, gait dysfunction and muscular imbalances.
