About Us

I am a Professional Residential Designer. I help people create a space or home that works for them. I integrate design and function with the customer and their budget in mind. I also work with contractors to design everything from additions to custom homes.
I am a Professional Member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) as well as the Eastern Shore Chapter chairman.
I am an author of 2 books, 1. The Ultimate Custom Home: Designing the Perfect Home For Homeowners and 2. The Ultimate Custom Home: A Guide to Budgeting and Scheduling. (Copy and paste into amazon to find the books.)

How We Got Started

I have been in the construction trades since I was small, working alongside my dad. I went to school to learn how to do Architectural design, worked for several Architects and builders.
My last job was as a designer/estimator for a home builder and my position was seen as excess, (There were 3 of us), due to the effects of the Corona Virus. I decided to just start my own firm, as I already knew a lot of builders and had designed quite a few houses already, for both builders and home owners.

I'm not sure if does exactly what you want, but the google tasks work great for grouping tasks, i.e., each person becomes their own group, which can have tasks placed in it, with due dates/times.
