How We Got Started
We got started in 2011. We started out part time mowing on the weekends. As the demand grew,we had to adapt. We received stellar reviews. And expanded from there.

Not to me. Commercial accounts are strictly decided by cost. The next bid that’s $2.00 cheaper than you, and you loose the account. You also don’t build a relationship with the customer. Residential customers become friends over time. That’s not the case dealing with a property management...

Not to me. Commercial accounts are strictly decided by cost. The next bid that’s $2.00 cheaper than you, and you loose the account. You also don’t build a relationship with the customer. Residential customers become friends over time. That’s not the case dealing with a property management company. You may never see the same person twice. And not to mention, some/most commercial accounts are riddled with trash. And are a nightmare to keep clean.
