Karen Richter, MD, is board-certified in Family Medicine. She offers individualized care for you and your family’s health and well being. Her approach brings a balance of traditional medicine and holistic options. She sees children, teens, adults and seniors.

Our hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:00 am - noon
Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

We accept most major insurance and self-pay options. We are an inclusive practice.

Karen received her medical degree from Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and completed a residency in Family Medicine at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in 1993. She has been in practice for more than 25 years.
She has worked in third-world countries bringing care to those in need and currently serves as a Hospice Medical director in Burlington, North Carolina.
She is a caring and compassionate physician who seeks to work with her patients to find the most effective ways to resolve health issues.
