After my first season competing in bodybuilding, I created a necklace to serve as a Positive Visual Trigger to help me stay on track as I pursued my future competition goals. The necklace, consisting of 3 sterling silver charms tied to a black leather cord, became a conversation piece both in and out of the gym. I referred to it as my “Mojo Trainin’ Necklace”. Each of the charms, a Cross, Navajo Symbol for the “Fire Within” and a Barbell from my 1st Overall Win resonated specific meaning to me, which inspired this message to myself: “You’ve got to have Strong Faith and the Fire Within to Build True Inner Strength!”.
