Your website should be updated on a regular basis, not just for a holiday. Yes it you are selling certain products for "Christmas" gift ideas, specials, etc. You should do a new page for that or those items with strong Seo Page optimization. This will help your ranking in the major search...

This will help your ranking in the major search engines. That is just an idea. The main thing to remember is Google and other search engines love updated and new content year round.

Just had this yesterday. A client's email server went down and their website was not showing up either. Found out that their hosting company just closed the doors shut off the equipment and left all their clients hanging. So I was on it asap, I stayed in close touch with the Owner and the Office...

Just had this yesterday. A client's email server went down and their website was not showing up either. Found out that their hosting company just closed the doors shut off the equipment and left all their clients hanging. So I was on it asap, I stayed in close touch with the Owner and the Office Manager and let them know anything that I found out as soon as I got the information. I informed them how it was all going to work, how long and that we were hooking up a temporary email server for them so they could start getting their email again without losing a day or two. I guess you could say I always try to communicate and be transparent with all my clients and keep them in the loop. Even if I just do a simple startup website for a client I check in with them from time to time to see if there have been problems like spamming, not getting hits, etc. Just keep your clients informed and they will be happy.

I've gotten customers from spending $10.00 on a Facebook ad that I ran in a specific area. Doing old school walking from company to company introducing yourself and leaving a flyer and maybe a business card can also get you a client. Remember you may walk in a company that is having problems with their current cleaning company.
My 22 year old daughter lives by Instagram, Facebook and snapchat. She also spends time on youtube. I'm thinking maybe what others have said on here "Videos" and then post them on Facebook and YouTube of course.

I'm still old school and believe in great customer service, fast getting back to me on the phone, text or email, etc. I'm doing SEO work for a client that also built his site using Wix.com. It is pretty simple also but he is getting calls and jobs so that is really what it is all about. I'm rearranging his site slightly to make it more search engine friendly and a more modern layout. You can do a lot with Wix.com if you take your time and kind of know how to lay it out. Work on your layout and content a some more.
