About Us

In a video game, in order to win the game your character has to level up and become stronger. Without leveling up, your game comes to an end.

In life, it is no different.

As you progress in your career, challenges become bigger obstacles and without the ability to overcome them your progression will come to an end.

Level Up wants you to achieve your next level of success. We offer programs designed for helping new and established leaders and businesses to define opportunities, create solutions, and get results. It's the level up that your life needs.

Our "Therapy for Your Business" program is designed for those of us that are building an organization and realize that the answers might be within us, but could use the benefit of exploring those ideas with another professional. Entrepreneurs, small business and corporate leaders can speak of issues and opportunities within their company privately with someone who is knowledgeable and empathetic who will not become defensive or anxious. This is a rarity for leaders to be able to speak candidly and openly to relieve burden without any worry of judgment. Stuart offers a free, 2-hour initial session to experience what kind of growth and problem-solving can emerge from these sessions and can truly take your business to the next level.

For people looking to improve their skills, Level Up offers options for individual coaching as well as books for self-learners.

"The Sales Course for People Who Hate Sales" is an individual course based on the cirriculum developed by Stuart which will help new and established salespeople and sales managers to develop sales tools and processes to take their sales skills to the next level.

Additionally, the course is available as a workbook for self-guided coaching as well as Stuart's series of "Your Simple Guide" business books that focus on a specific area of improvement and are easily completed in about 1 hour. Take all of your skills, or one in particular, to the next level.

I find that quality content does not seem to move the needle, but shallow and silly content does. So, depending on what type of clientele you are looking to attract, how you handle social media will really dictate if it is necessary. However, I will say that connecting with other like-minded people and joining groups that can help you are VERY effective uses of social media, and probably the best way to use it in general. ...or if you are selling Baby Yoda dolls. I feel like you are going to kill if that is the case.

I was at that company for 13 years (ominous number, I know) and had a lot of really great experiences and got to know a lot of great people.

I started adopting Gary V.'s "Jab. Jab. Jab. Right hook" strategy. I'm giving away a ton of content and value and then following up with the right hook. Once you prove to be valuable, people feel guilty NOT giving you money. (more) I started adopting Gary V.'s "Jab. Jab. Jab. Right hook" strategy. There is no way that anyone could actually know enough about your business within one meeting to be able to come up with a compelling strategy that will actually have an impact on your business. Personally, I offer the initial consultation for free, if someone is interested I offer a strategy and a bid and then let them make the decision. Beware of anyone who can say they can grow your business quickly and easily.

More than likely, networking events are filled with other people who are trying to sell things as well. Spend time talking with people and learning about them and create a consistent message with your own business. The reason? The magic of networking is not selling to the person in front of you, it is them selling your business to others. If you create a bond, they will be much more likely to think of you first if the topic comes up in conversation.

Getting over the biggest hurdle... self-doubt. There are many trials and tribulations, most have a very clear path for solution; the issues in our brains are the hardest to overcome.
