I shop locally if possible but I have 9 Grandchildren and I often just give money as they are hard to buy for as they get older. So this way they get something they want

Competition is a good thing. It makes us think out of the box and do the best we can for our clients. If we do that, there is no need to worry about our competition. I want everyone to do their best as this gives our profession credibility.

One thing that is important for me is that the lender does it as quickly as possible and doesn't wait until the end of the conditional period and then say no. Also when you are dealing with country properties I need someone who understand the rural area and can be creative for my clients
